Heads up, Humboldt:
While the county's masking mandate has been lifted, Public Health is still strongly recommending masking indoors in public, social distancing and "avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces." COVID-19 is still with us, so be sure to check the protocols at event venues.

Join Friends of the Dunes & the Trinidad Coastal Land Trust in a smartphone-powered BioBlitz, an intensive one-day study of biodiversity in a specific location. In this case, participants will collect data using the iNaturalist app. We will be exploring the tide pools exposed during a very low tide. People of all ages and skill levels are welcome! Bring a fully charged smartphone with the iNaturalist app already downloaded and tons of enthusiasm, we’ll rally some folks who know the area. Together we'll conduct citizen science! Please meet at the Trinidad Coastal Land Trust in Trinidad.
