Beer Yoga is back! Let the weekend begin with an hour long, all levels, yoga practice lead by the talented Nora Smith. Immediately following our practice we will move to the bar for a pint of your favorite Gyppo Ale Mill brew. Leave your worries at the door, get your body in motion, taste some of Humboldt’s finest craft beers, and get to know your community. Your registration includes your first pint of beer.
