Be Well Self Care Fair

Activities offered throughout the day include yoga, meditation workshops, chair massage and crafting programs. Children and families activities include storytime yoga and meditation for children. In addition to these programs, the library will be partnering with other organizations that work in the mental health/wellness field by offering informational tables to help connect patrons to information and services. Representatives from Changing Tides Family Services, Humboldt Senior Resource Center, Two Feathers Native American Family Services, the Department of Health and Human Resources, and Paso a Paso will all be on-hand to answer community member’s questions and share about their services.
