¡Baile, Bicis y ser Felices! Bilingual Bike and Health Fair

All are welcome to participate in a bilingual bike and health fair in Fortuna to encourage safe bicycling and to learn about its health benefits. A bilingual motivational speaker, Jaime Rangal, will share his inspirational story about how cycling changed his health and life. The fair will also provide families with information on helmet safety, basic mechanics, family friendly cycling routes, and other helpful tips to make biking a a fun and easy option for transportation and recreation. There will be free diabetes screenings, a free, healthy meal and a raffle!
