A multi-faceted look into the important role art and culture plays in creating a solidarity economy, a system in which everyone has their needs met in a way that does not exploit anyone or harm the environment, followed at 7pm by “Only Skin Deep,” a curated dance performance from Know El with 11 dancers of Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian and Mixed Heritage from Humboldt County.
