After the parade, the Humboldt Folklife Society's week-long musical festival got underway beginning with The Timber Ridge Boys. The Timber Ridge Boys are a talented group of musicians (including Steve Irwin (left) and Glen Nagy) who volunteer every Tuesday to play for the residents at the Timber Ridge Assisted Living facility. Several Timber Ridge residents attended the outdoor performance in the park.
