Join the Northcoast Environmental Center in making masks and costumes for the North Country Fair's All Species Parade happening Sept. 16. Materials provided, and an artist will be present to assist. For all ages.
The All Species Parade has been an NEC event since 1979, and is being held on Saturday September 16 at the North Country Fair at 1pm. All are invited to show up dressed as their favorite critter and participate.
