Amy Cirincione, Director of Social Services at Hospice of Humboldt, will explain the use of advance directives and why they are vital for end of life planning. The workshop will move step-by-step through California’s four-part Advance Health Care Directive. Also covered is how to express wishes regarding the provision, withholding or withdrawal of treatment that keeps people alive, the provision of pain relief and organ donation.
