Inspired by Mary Robinson’s “Confluence” exhibit, we’ll bring together the many ways our bodies move (or don’t!) with the many ways to make a yoga pose. This slow-pace, gentle and fully accessible yoga class will be guided and have a focus on exploration and relaxation for all bodies and levels of experience. There’s no wrong way to have a body and no wrong way to move it! Chairs, props and many modifications will be available. Class will close with an optional short collage project, inspired by the exhibit.
