H$U is a money pit. Why do they continue building new structures if theres already a structural deficit? They recently built a micro-city of overpriced dorms, giving them gobs of cash that's spent before they have it. H$U has gone from eco-groovy art-minded forward thinkers to status quo in no time. The fact that administration has even humored an alliance with Pepsi for so long says it all. As soon as you dont have a dime to give HSU, they dont care about you at all.
