There staffing is so bad and quality of care so bad it's unbelievable. Employees are leaving due to how they are being treated by there Administration. I used to work at both Eureka Rehabilitation and Seaview Rehabilitation and Wellness. I left Eureka Rehabilitation and Wellness because I was treated like crap. Then I transferred to Seaview Rehabilitation and Wellness and after working there for almost 3 years had to leave because of being harassed by a coworker and the Administrator would not do anything about it. They don't care about anyone, they faultify there books. They hurt the residents and get away with it.
