Mercer Fraser deserved to get sued on this level. In fact the the lawsuit amount they ended up paying wasn't enough!! The litigation fees they should have actually paid should have been like 25 million dollars!!
Mercer Fraser is a horrible civil engineering company!! The company earns millions of dollars in profits and revenue annually. Then the company mistreats their employees all the time and wage discriminate all the time. They have shady business practices!
Mercer Fraser should be sued everyday all day long by everyone who can bring a law suit against this weasel of a company until this company is insolvent and no longer in business!
This company should be targeted by sue happy attorneys, the federal government and other 3rd parties that are watch dogs that put crappy engineering companies out of business and make it impossible for Mercer Fraser to do business in the United States, because Mercer Fraser exploits employment practices, exploit wages and break business laws all the time!
Mercer Fraser places job advertisements online frequently. In their job advertisements they ask the job seekers to provide a salary requirement. Then Mercer Fraser responds by saying they will only pay slave wages for all the job openings even when they are a 100 million dollar profiting organization. This company make their profits by the backs of slave employment and paying slave wages to their employees.
This type of business practices shouldn't be acceptable in the United States. We need to weed this type of business out of our communities in the United States. Make it hard for them to do business in the United States when the business owners rip off the workers, lie, cheat and behave like weasels.
