    Denise, The woman who took the video states that the three caught in the wave made it to safety, but whether she caught that on film is unknown and no other footage was included in the Facebook post.

    You are absolutely correct. There are lots of other people from Humboldt helping out at the fires, and not just the ones you mentioned. There are also folks helping evacuate livestock and horses, collecting supplies and clothing and providing a place to stay here on the coast, just to name a few more. Our thanks go out to them all and the post about local firefighters was by no means an attempt to take away from all they are doing as well.
