Caltrans should jump to help make this trail project work because their reputation for providing for non-motorized vehicles is so poor and all new planning documents for Caltrans say to do more than build for STAA trucks at any cost, as District 1 only seems to have the motivation to do. Linking trails is part of County priorities too. Best of luck and keep up the admirable effort.
