Politicians cannot be sued for actions taken in good faith in their attempt to administer public policy. These lawsuits are hogwash and will go nowhere. I hope the plaintiffs bankrupt themselves and walk away even more disappointed.

No, Roe. If you do something out in public where everyone can see it is ridiculous to claim an expectation of privacy and no court would disagree. Kinda like claiming red light cameras can't be used to ticket you for being a menace. You can cherry-pick all you want but this is well established.
