This is a very well stated article. The take home message is that there needs to be a lot of research before anything can be said. Anecdotal evidence is not nearly enough. Even if we find correlations, unless we isolate all the variables that are there (environmental, diet, genetics, etc) then the correlations do not imply causation.
We all want to find a cure for cancer, but lets be smart and cautious!
