Sounds like Mercer Fraiser was successful at bullying their way into a job in Crescent City, playing on the fear of council members. It worked once, so they're likely going to try again... and again... and again. Why would any Humboldt or Del Norte resident be surprised? The sad thing is the good attorney is earning money the district needs to spend elsewhere. Bummer...
