When, oh when will this standard trope about the side effects of microgravity leave the debate about sending people to Mars?! We can always simulate whatever g-load we want by tethering the spacecraft to a counterweight (and spinning it around said counterweight). It's a non-problem - it would be much more important to make sure the crew has adequate radiation shielding.
