Caroline Titus does not represent the majority of Ferndale residents. It's sad that this is how Ferndale is seen by the rest of the world. Extremely biased and unprofessional. The paper isn't about the people of Ferndale, it is about Caroline Titus and her agenda. Let's start with the wind farm, travel through the football problems and now we are in this mess with Stuart. What is the common denominator in these very divisive stories? Caroline Titus. It's very high school in the way she has taken the phrase" don't make us look bad" and turned it into a huge scandal. I feel like we are watching teen age politics, not adults in a community.

Really? So you think the only people not for the meat market are the property owners? Reality is that not everyone thinks as you do. I have no connection with the bakery at all, other than having eaten there a few times. And you are sure she washed her hands? I am not willing to take that chance, and I think legally she is supposed to be wearing gloves. Your argument is she can be filthy as long as the meat is cooked properly? You don't understand pathogens much do you. I wonder if she has taken the food handling course as prescribed by law? I have no affiliation with the bakery.

So you have a photo of a floating dock to show us how high the tide is? This also proves that the highest tides don't necessarily come during the full moon as is always reported

Raw and Organic are not the same. There are 2 Raw milk dairys in California, one is Organic, one is not. Raw milk can be tested. Organic cannot. Organic is certified on the basis of paperwork and the honesty system. Raw is certified on the basis of lab tests.

California raw milk is the safest milk you can buy. It is completely regulated and has to have lower bacteria counts than PASTEURIZED milk! If you really are concerned about safety, California Legal raw milk is as clean as you can get. California legal raw milk is a very specific product, it is not just raw milk from the dairy. Organic, however, is barely regulated. The farmers cheat all the time. The animals are not treated when they are sick and the bottom line is the dollar. Just visit some of the organic dairys, preferably in January, and tell me you want to drink that milk.

Making lifestyle choices because of something you read is idiotic. It's all propaganda and you are not making a difference. How about actually going to farms, lots of farms and making an informed decision, not one based on emotion.
