he claims that if the building departments didn't approve of these buildings he has shut down they wouldn't have these problems, well take a look at most the businesses he has targeted, those buildings where built way before the ada act of 1994. so the cost to retro fit them for the disabled is to high and the business has to shut down. he is using a law to scam people and put money into his pockets. people quit defending him saying he is just defending the law.
