So for years, the local hippies tout the miracles of hemp, for clothing, for paper, for housing. But the second they get to grow "killer bud" legally, hemp is the devil, polluting their drug farms. Here is a tip if you are tired of smelling your neighbor's weed. The ban is on INDUSTRIAL weed. If you aren't trying to sell it, I can't see a problem with sprinkling a few hemp seeds around your property. It doesn't stink like the neighbor's bud, and a few years of that might get them to grow elsewhere. Hemp pollen can travel for MILES!
