Re: “Online Fortuna Fire Comments Spark Controversy

This is interesting. I can understand and support Wilburn's standing. Holy shit, tell your kids to stop giving a fuck about the internet, stop staring at screens all day yourselves. Teachers, politicians, media reps, PARENTS are setting the worst example possible then scratching their heads over why internet commentary is as it is. Get the fuck over that bullshit, retards...your literally retarded, I agree that the firefighters shouldn't have to read the comments and the comments should also remain. It is all still better than the days when living in a small community without plains and cars when all there was was ink and gossip for info and public mobs. Thank you for sharing your blog

Re: “#ThisIsAbsolutelyUs

We only find out "who we are" when facing extremes.

Eureka had its largest protest-ever after the 2017 election, YET, only ten dedicated volunteers could end the right-wing domination of Humboldt County government for the first time ever. No matter how despicable the new president's legislation becomes, it would fail without the participation and cooperation of America's municipalities.

In order for truth to be believed, it must be repeated. Unfortunately, media still reports on elections as if they are legitimate.

Anytime 70% of a country's potential voters abstain, the results do not constitute legitimate representation for a nation...for decades this has been one of the criteria used by the State Department to define and condemn the "rogue nations" they don't like.
