1987: When the Day Comes

Twenty years ago this year, as South Koreans were living under an oppressive military regime, a college student is killed during a police interrogation. Government officials quickly jump to cover up the death and order the body cremated, but the prosecutor who needs to sign off raises questions on the cause of death - a heart attack - and begins to dig for the truth. Despite a systematic attempt to silence everyone involved in the case, the truth gets out, sending a government fighting to keep power into political turmoil.
