Redwood Curtain Presents A Queer CabarGay!

Redwood Curtain is extending Pride Month into July! Redwood Curtain’s last two cabaret shows were sell-outs that had audiences buzzing! We're bringing the fun back with a big queer celebration of Pride! Join the talented performers of Redwood Curtain and feel the beauty of the love and fun that musical theater’s queerness has to offer! This will be a pair of performances that will make you smile and laugh and want to come back and see it again. This is a fundraiser for Redwood Curtain so we can continue to bring you the high-quality, moving theater you’ve come to expect, the evening will offer signature cocktails (and mocktails) and a 50/50 raffle that will be drawn at the end of intermission each night. Be sure to bring your cash to participate in the raffle. This will be a truly fun evening: some sweet ballads, but a lot of just plain fun songs. Songs come from across the time spectrum of musical theatre, ranging from canon classics like The King and I, Finian’s Rainbow, and West Side Story to more recent shows including Wicked, Rent, and Frozen. The CabarGay! evening features the musical performing talents of Redwood Curtain favorites including Jordan Dobbins, Christina Jioras, Evan Needham, Jaiden Clark, Caroline Needham, Peggy Metzger, Rigel Schmitt, Tina Toomata, Elaine Ysals, and Molly Severdia. In addition, a trio of musicians backs up the vocals: Matt Estabrook (drums), Matt Jioras (bass) and Justin Ross (piano). There will be two performances of this show: Friday, July 12th and Saturday, July 13th both at 8pm at the 5th and D Street Theater, located at 300 5th Street, Eureka. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased online or at the door. For tickets and information, visit
