Qi Gong

March 23 - April 20. Qi Gong are ancient exercises designed to promote awareness of one’s own internal experience and energetic awareness. Qi Gong promotes flexibility, circulation, relaxation, and overall health and longevity. These exercises are gentle and can be done by most anyone. Sifu, Donald Hughes has practiced internal martial arts and meditative exercises for 20 years and is a licensed acupuncturist.
