Emoteji: The Yoga of Movement *Winter Movement for Teens & Tweens*

This six week, drop-in friendly series provides a supportive space for teens to explore their inner world of expression. Just like an emoji shows a feeling or expression in a text message, our body can show a feeling or expression in a dance or yoga practice. Through movement and favorite playlist songs, we will explore guided movement sequences, freeform dance, yoga postures, and the basics of choreography to co-create a group dance-yoga practice. Experience with dance, yoga, or creative movement is not necessary because this is a space to learn movement basics and create your own movement. Drop ins Welcome!
