$2,482,499: That's how much the County of Humboldt is set to lose under the recently passed state budget, according to a handy database set up by the Sac Bee designed to "See how much your local government will lose under state budget." Add to that $2,482,499 from the county cofers (which amounts to $19 per person) another $1,643,014 to be "borrowed or taken this fiscal year" from the Eureka Redevelopment Agency, $1,124,153 from Arcata Community Development, $462,816 from the city of Eureka ($18 bucks apiece) $459,114 from Arcata ($11 each) and so on down to $9,865 taken from the city of Trindad — a whopping $32 per
