Youth Protection Acts In Court

A federal judge will hear oral arguments a week from today
June 9 on the Eureka and Arcata Youth Protection Acts -- the DOJ-challenged measures heartily approved by voters last November to ban military recruiters from hitting up minors to join the military.
Here's the news release from Dave Meserve, who notes:
Whatever the outcome of Tuesday's hearing, the people of Arcata and Eureka continue to demand that the United States of America "Stop Recruiting Kids!" in their communities.
