A Stunningly Perfect Political Resume: There's a messy special election race shaping up in California's 10th Congressional District, following Rep. Ellen Tauscher's elevation into the Obama administration. At least three prominent Democrats are lining up for the seat, including Lt. Governor John Garamendi.
