Hurry up! It’s time to flex your storytelling skills for the annual North Coast Journal Flash Fiction Contest. You’ve got 99 words or fewer, not including the title. You might just win a prize or see your story in the Journal.

Email your entries as attachments to fiction@northcoastjournal.com with your full name and contact information (the latter won’t be printed) by Monday, Oct. 22 at 5 p.m. Hey, that’s coming up fast — better get typing. Our team of judges awaits. Peruse the cream of last year’s crop here if you’re curious. How long is 99 words? Exactly this long.
