Hops Tickets on Sale

Tickets for the annual Hops in Humboldt beer festival on Aug. 24 in Fortuna's Rohner Park are now on sale through the Hops in Humboldt website and at the Local Beer Bar on Fifth Street in Eureka. Hop to it — they're $35 pre-sale instead of $40 at the gate. Unless you need to roll big with a $65 VIP ticket.
A whopping 35 breweries and 100 beers on tap — one day only. That's a lot of beer in one day, so rope a designated driver, buy their food and shower them with love all day. Non-drinkers get in for $5. The proceeds go to Humboldt non-profits, so it's not like getting drunk for nothing.
Hops just got a mention (along with a few local beer joints you might know) in the San Francisco Chronicle,. Cheers, Humboldt!
