oh, c’mon, sun valley…You don’t know anybody who’s ruined their hands with fireworks, let alone too many. I know lots of people, myself included, who’ve spent way too much time unwrapping blackcats to collect the powder and pack into empty film cans. Wrap four tightly wrapped film cans packed with powder together….
