(Feb. 25, 2010) Editor:
Regarding “Away We Go” (“Town Dandy,” Feb. 18): You wrote a story that isn’t really a story. You weaved supposed facts and innuendo that may impact everyone running for the upcoming county offices and essentially you succeeded in throwing a bucket of mud at the faces of all candidates. Your “pledge” to “deliver full, comprehensive, no-bullshit coverage of the issues behind the (upcoming county) races” is laughable.
If you had been really smart you would have held the information close to the chest as they say and begun an investigation that may have produced a juicy story. Just couldn’t hold it in, huh?
