LOST COAST CAMP*Description:* Ropes challenge course, cooperative games, swimming & backpacking. Arts & crafts time. Costume Party. Learn self-esteem, independence & group living skills. Also, a weeklong backpacking trip for teens.
Ages: 5-15 depending on the session.
When: Ranch & Wild Camp (ages 8-11) July 5-10; Performing Arts Camp (ages 11-13) July 12-20; Jr. Day Camp (ages 5-7) July 15-19; Teen Back Pack Trip (ages 13-15) July 24-31.
Where: Petrolia. Pickups available in northern & southern Humboldt.

REDWOOD PARK DAY CAMP*Description:* Real life skills in socialization, leadership & teamwork. Explore nature, art & cooperative learning. Trained leaders work on a 10-to-1 ratio with kids. Games, arts, cooking & field trips. A different camp theme each week.
Ages: 5-12.
When: Full day 9 a.m.-5 p.m. or half day 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Mon.-Fri., June 16-Aug. 15.
Where: Redwood Park Lodge.
Cost: $115 per week/$125 nonresident, half-day $80 per week/$90 nonresident.

SUMMER FUN (FORTUNA)*Description:* Skating, movies, water day, field trips, games, arts & crafts, cooking, hikes, bike riding.
Ages: 4-13. Kiddie Kamp for ages 4-graduating kindergartners.

BLUE LAKE RECREATION*Description:* Summer day camp includes arts & crafts, sports, games, dance, theater, cultural activities, cooking, roller skating & field trips.
Ages: 5-13.
When: 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Mon.-Fri., June 16-Aug. 1. Extended care available: 8-9:30 a.m. & 3:30-5:30 p.m. Additional charges apply.
