For more information, contact your school, church or pick up a copy of the *Humboldt Kid’s Digest at a branch of the Humboldt County Library, the Eureka Chamber of Commerce or county agencies. Most of these activities require pre-registration so don’t delay. Scholarships are available for many programs. Call for details. HERBAL SUMMER CAMP*Description:* A four day event with a variety of herbal and botanical projects, including creating lotion, lip balm and cough syrup. Students will make and eat lemon verbena ice cream and go on an herb walk.
Ages: 8-13.
When: 10 a.m.-2 p.m. July 23-26.

EASTER SEALS SUMMER CAMP*Description:* Programs include Kids Swim classes, Summer Day Camp and Computer Lab. For children with disabilities ranging from cerebral palsy to Downs Syndrom and autism. Enjoy outings on the beach, rafting, kayaking, the zoo, the Country Fair and more.

When: Tues.-Fri. 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m., July 31-Aug. 24.
