Humboldt Pride Grand Marshal Sister Juana Little of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence led the 23rd annual Humboldt Pride Parade in Old Town, Eureka on Saturday, Sept. 12 and later received the Outstanding Individual Award at the Festival in Halvorsen Park.
