Cosmic Nectar Yoga

Drawing from my 17 years of practice of multiple types of yoga ~ formally trained in the White Lotus-style ~ I create the space and time for both beginners and advanced students to re-establish their Connection to the Source by way of imagination, imagery, journeying, sound, breath work, movement, and asana. My teaching is often accompanied by sacred tools including musical instruments, rattles, gongs, mandalas, chants, smudge sticks, partner work, herbs, and music. Be sure to bring your mat!
