The cover story, "Ready," in the April 9, 2015 edition of the North Coast Journal contained inaccurate statistics regarding the population of South Fortuna Elementary School. Fifty-one percent of the school's students identify as Hispanic or Latino, and 37.5 percent of them speak English as a second language. The Journal regrets the error.
