"What is Creole cookery?"
A story of Southern Soul Food:
Using their ingenuity Creole of cooks combined nature’s own foods wherever they were to be found. We use local ingredients whenever possible, creating great food in the style of Classical French cuisine combined with equal parts of California, and classical cuisine creating what is called Creole Soul Food. The origin was crafted using herbs and spices from France and Spain coupled with seasoning learned from the Choctaws and Chickasaws.
