We need a National agenda for the homeless situation in this country. The Cities and Counties are being overwhelmed by the growth of homelessness. The housing capacity is not only overpriced but grows yearly out of the reach of most people these days. How can one not have homelessness. Another faction is the inability of most cities and counties to recognize that alternative housing may be the temporary answer to the homeless problem. Housing such as tiny houses, vehicles such as RVs and possible tent cities for people who need to grow into conventional housing. Why let the cost of housing rise up so high. We have to turn shelter into a basic necessity, not a commodity.
