There isn't any information in his response about why Porter Street was shut down--specifically, what was it about the architecture that made the restauraunt's premises inaccessible to disabled persons? Is that information even available? If not, I don't see how anyone could know whether or not the lawsuit is justified. From the outside of the building, it does not appear to be a difficult place to enter. It is on ground level with close parking and doors that open from the front...
