Charles Bean and Karin Freed. Just where is your common sense. How can anyone with an ounce of intelligence equate murder with time of release. This is the dumbest thing I ever herd. The grand jury was actually an exercise in stupidity and two years in a row. The more important thing is how our county is wasting our tax money. Why isn't that looked into. The counties excuse for solving problems is always we don't have enough funds and yet they continue to throw money away on useless projects.

I agree with the sheriff. This is another exercise in futility by the grand jury. If you release a bad man intent on doing more harm the time of day you release him is immaterial. This is utter nonsense by the grand jury.

Karen Freed, I am sorry for your loss but a person will do that regardless of what time they are released. Time has no bearing on criminal intent. A criminal acts and doesn't look at the time when they want to commit a crime.
