How does Floyd Squires get away with this kind of behavior? It seems like Eureka is Chicago in the 1930's and he's Al Capone. The story about the elderly couple is frightening.I've heard similar stories so there has to be some truth there. It feels like he's holding Eureka hostage and we can't do anything about it. Buildings that he owns and then let's them get delapidated is ruining neighborhoods and businesses. How long do we have to wait until something is done? It's been going on for years and he just plays the court for recreation of his ego. He fancies himself as an attorney AND a gangster. God help Eureka.
