Re: “Depends on How You Define 'Scam'

I suspect this guy is a raging psychopath. He certainly touts almost every aspect of the psychopath's mantra.

It's not even surprising that some folks may "like" him. (They may not be aware of psychopathy---exactly what it is and how common it is.)

Being a psychopath doesn't necessarily mean you are smart, or even dangerous like a serial killer might be.

Many are dumb. Many don't have the faculties to do anything more than running cheap little scams, easy scams. See, they are inert, they don't like to go to much effort for anything.

"Jesse Cutt" is the latter type: dumb.

As you may be able to tell, I am not a fan of psychopaths. I don't find him "honest", "refreshing" or "likeable".

They need to be treated as inert and banal as they truly are.

This guy's days are numbered. He is now on Zillow posting fraudulent listings, using the same photograph of a house with "HSU" written on the photo.

If anyone can help figure out the true homes and what they look like, please check out the following two addresses, there are probably more:

2345 Karen Ct in Arcata and 449 3rd Ave in Rio Dell.{scid=hdp-site-map-bubble-address}{scid=hdp-site-map-bubble-address}

The guy is a simple goon. Nothing more. Certainly nothing to aspire to or admire.

As driven as he is to take advantage of people, I am just as driven to stop him. I'm on him like bug spray on boll weevils. He made the wrong enemy. Don't mess with people in Humboldt. They bite back. And if he thinks he can make Humboldt as psychopathic as he is, he's got a few other things coming.

He's going to lose that fake google number as well as his ability to post on Zillow.
