When I heard about the fire, I wasn't surprised. Mr. Petty initially said he was glad to have neighbors keeping an eye on the property, and gave us his contact information. However, when we all (in the neighborhood) had complaints about the tenants' behavior, he shut us out and told us to call the police if we had a problem. He was unwilling to take any responsibility for the way his property was being used. Karma has a way of kicking you in the behind, eventually.

Isn't this why St. Joes stopped doing deliveries many years ago? I remember when they opened their current OB department.
