AEDC and Plaza Design are both good organizations with long community histories. Good people work for both businesses. There are so many details of these transactions that won't be public. No one ever wants business to go this way.
And there are tenured faculty members making under $65k, who cannot afford to make their college loan payments.
What a blow to the foundation!
Kathy Moxon is the mother of economic and community development for our region. It's Kathy's relationships that made HAF relevant in these circles.
Seems strange the board would let this happen.
