Isn't the purpose of the Headwaters fund to support the local economy instead of throwing fistfuls of cash at outside corporations?
Delta walked off with $500,000. This is not sustainable and it does not make good economic sense to throw more money at another airline when the fund could be used to create local jobs and increase local food and energy security.
