Fucking Fortuna, at it again. Classic. Way to bring the gun-toting, religious-right-infused, confederate-flag-flying south up into the liberal bastion of humco. Fortuna and Eureka should gtfo of humboldt before something tragic happens...
Let's do it!
What would it take to ship at least the pizzas over still hot?
This is good progress.
What would it take to create an app for theiPhone that would provide real time data on the busses? Locations, expected times, etc?
"It’s often viewed as a backlash against the bourgeois utopian grandstanding of Jamaica’s political leaders..."
Yes Ryan, it's clearly a backlash rooted in Marxist Rhetoric. When in doubt, more leftist rhetoric is the answer.
Maybe it's a rejection of cultural elites presenting themselves as members of the proletariat, so as to trick the proletariat into rejecting borgoise values?
It's an old trick, Ryan. The rich, powerful, and their retainers (BTW, that means you, who writes on their behalf, and holds the position of a cultural elite by being a paper editor) keep trying to get the poor masses to blame the middle class. As long as the poor and the middle fight, they can't work together against the elites.
How about an expose on Che "El Butchero" Guevara? Front page of the NCJ? With a call to require all local schools to teach about his evils, and all businesses to ban the wearing of his shirt?
See, it's not about social engineering. It's about who gets to do the social engineering.
Yeah, let's blame the yogurt place.
It can't have anything to do with taxes and economic policy ravaging businesses around the country. I thought businesses were bad? Shouldn't we celebrate another one closing? The government can now rent that space to do something important, like make it harder for other people to have businesses, and make sure taxes go up.
Umm, Richard has worked for years and years for Labor causes. When did Labor causes become a Republican cause? Maybe those who want him off are embarrised by how much work he puts in to helping the community and democratic causes?
Lost Coast changed their Indica recipe a year or more ago, as far as I can recall, which was mostly a change in hops. You'd have to contact LC for more details. Indica used to be one of my favorite local beers, for it's earthiness, the pleasing viscosity of the mouthfeel; but now, after the change in recipe, it's just you're ordinary run-of-the-mill West Coast IPA.
