If you don't get it by now free dope gear & drug recovery houses ( practically one on every block ) only increses crime & makes our Town a magnet for more of these bums to come here .

Darn ! That money could of been used to buy another drug recovery house in, Eureka and lots of syringes, straps & cookers for these poor drug addicts . Ahhhh....what a great City we got !
