"Town" is the problem. We don't want Eureka politicians taking over the county government.
Rex lost big-time when he ran for city council. He moved across town to run for supervisor. His backers are establishment Eureka fat cats. His campaign lies and he says he doesn't know anything.
Nothing about Rex says "put me in charge of the government". I appreciate you sentiments, "shame", but will respectfully resist your guilt-tripping partisanship.
Night before the election, different?
These are last-minute hit pieces.
When else would this come out?
Shoot the messenger if you must.
But if you've invested in Rex - ooops.
